EC500	The EC500 is a portable analyser for the measurement of Methane (CH4 100%), Carbon Dioxide (CO2 100%) , Oxygen (O2) and Hydrogen Suplhide (H2S) in many applications like landfills, co-generation plants, etc. The analyser EC500 uses a long life electrochemical cell for O2 (25%) (3-5 years), a specific electrochemical cell for H2S (2000ppm), and two separate IR sensors for CH4 and CO2 (100%), assuring precise and reliable measures. The unit uses a long-term is portable (weight ca. 3kg), supplied with a plastic bag with shoulder belt, powered by a Li-ION 20Ah battery for ca. 10 hours of continuous operation. The concentration measurements are showed on a LCD display on the front panel.
EC400	The EC400 is an analyser in rack 19″ 3U for 1-2 gases. It can be configured for 1-2 cells NDIR, 1-2 electrochemical cells or 1 cell NDIR and 1 electrochemical cell. The typical configuration for biogas / biomethane is for methane 100% and oxygen 25%, carbon dioxide 100% and H2S 2000ppm or a whatever combination between them. The analyser has two 4-20mA outputs and two contacts for threshold alarms for each channel of measure, freely configurable by the end user. The EC400 can be suypplied as a bench unit or as an insert in our systems of biogas analysis of the series EC020, ready for the installation, complete with one or more EC400, refrigerator, coalescence filter with peristaltic pump to remove the condensate, condensate detector, gas sensor to detect eventual internal gas leaks, pressure switch for low flow.
EC311	The EC300 is analysis system more compact than the EC020, without refrigerator therefore suitable to measure dehumidified biogas. In case of presence of limited quantities of condensate a separator with a Peltier cell can be used, which has smaller dimensions. The EC300 can be configured for 1-2 cells NDIR, 1-2 electrochemical cells. The typical configuration for biogas / biomethane is for methane 100% and oxygen 25%, carbon dioxide 100% and H2S 2000ppm or a whatever combination between them. In case of measures of high concentrations of toxic gas (e.g. H2S), to avoid the contamination of the cell and to increase its life there are two solutions: the measure in continuous by means of the sample dilution or the measure of the sample for a limited time followed by purge with clean air, by means of remote command by a PLC or by means of electronic timers or by means of a dedicated control unit (in case of scanning of more sampling points). The EC300 has 4-20mA outputs for each gas (with optional but recommended galvanic barriers for electric isolation) and one or more contacts for alarms or thresholds (freely configurable by the user), and also alarms for fault due to low flow, internal gas leaks, presence of condensate in the sampling circuit.
EC020	The systems of the range EC020 are designed to analyse samples of gas in environment or in industrial applications, from a unique point or scanning through different points of the process (version S). In the base version the system can include 1 or 2 rack 19″ analysers (models respectively EC021 and EC022): each analyser can measure one or more gases according to the specific model. The metallic enclosure has a IP54 protection (with forced ventilation and a thermostat) or IP65 (without ventilation) with transparent door, and it includes all the electronic equipments of control and analysis, sample conditioning (a refrigerator can be for example included), the electro mechanical sampling.
